International Orders

We encourage payment to be completed via bank transfer. All bank transfers must include a £20 bank handling surcharge. All bank transfers must be made in U.K. Sterling, not in your native currency.

Warranty:

All of our products are backed by manufacturer warranties, which vary depending on product.  If there is no warranty included for a specific product, our Warranty covers the product with a 90 day term limit. To verify a product's warranty before purchase, please contact us.

Payment

BPT Tuning must be paid in full  before shipment of product.

Damaged in Transit

All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our shipping department. In the case of damage or loss, immediately notify the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) Once the package has left our facility, all responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier.

Legality:

Some products are not sold for street use in any locality where regulations prohibit use. BPT Tuning does not make any claims for street legal use of these products.
